The supposed 'charming' atmosphere was marred by blaring music all night. And what's with the cramped room? I had to step over my luggage just to breathe! I almost gave a good review, but was fully expecting complimentary treats for such inconveniences and got nada. Truly disappointing.

The vibe here was family! Stayed in family room with the jacuzzi which was perfect for me. The staff was very very helpful and helpful and the owner too. Location: the hotel was really close to the main square, the center of salento and Salento.

The bathroom extractor fan was particularly noisy, which disturbed our sleep, and the bed creaked loudly with even the slightest movement. Finally, the room itself felt cramped, particularly with two people's luggage, which limited our comfort throughout the stay.

Try the breakfast on the rooftop for fresh options and fine views. It's the perfect way to start your day after hiking.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially after long days exploring the nearby attractions like the beautiful Plaza de Bolivar. I really appreciated the clean facilities and the cozy Double Room with Balcony, which provided a lovely spot to relax. The location was perfect for winding down after hiking, being just a short walk to local coffee farms and scenic views of Salento's charming landscape.

The breakfast was great! The ladies serving were super friendly. We enjoyed our meals on the rooftop terrace every day, the view was very nice, and the fresh fruit selection wowed us. I just found myself lost in, watching the sunrise over the hills.

Look it wasn't exactly bargain basement, but the experience justified the price.

Our room was super cozy, and the staff was really friendly, letting us check in early. The breakfast on the terrace was so fresh and tasty. That view was a total bonus. Only thing was, the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times, a bummer for us.

Really good service is a rarity, you know. We checked in early and the lady at the front told us our room was ready,, what a relief. Plus, the breakfast was a feast! Fresh fruits, eggs cooked just right, and the coffee was strong enough to kickstart your day.

I appreciated the new-fashioned and beautiful room at the hotel. the staff was pleasant and welcoming. - the hotel is located close to the main areas and the center of Salento. - I enjoyed having some drinks at Quindu Restaurante, which is only 900 feet away.
